It had been a horrendous day and night of torrential rain. We had 5 buckets catching the rain leaking in from the skylight roof on our dining room bay window.
It was a nightmare.
Because of the pandemic, we expected delays in getting a repair.
However, the day after, Lancashire Roofing & Building, who we found to be a friendly and efficient team, responded very quickly only a few hours after our call.
George and his workmate, efficiently and professionally, fixed new flashing above the bay and repaired the leak.
In no time at all, life had returned to normal for us.
I suppose a really big downpour would be the ultimate test, but I am confident the guaranteed repair will pass with flying colours. I would definately recommend them.

I tried to contact a roofing company weeks ago to carry out a repair to our roof, to no avail…..Then I saw a Lancashire roofing Van at a neighbours house and thought I d be cheeky and ask if when he finished his job he could come and look at my roof ,as my husband suspected that we had one or two loose roof tiles cause by the awful winds of recent weeks.
He came within minutes and put part of a tile that was missing back again, stating that was all that was wrong. So all I can say is thank you George for your friendly service. In this instance my cheekiness paid off.
I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call should I ever need a roofer. LANCASHIRE ROOFING card will be kept on my notice boards for such times.

I contacted Lancashire Roofing during the xmas period as we had a leak on our extension, to my astonishment the owner came to visit the site on New Years Day ! He identified the problem quickly and said it would be repaired within the week and it was.
The workmen arrived on time and completed the work within 3 hours they were professional, courteous and cleared any debris away.
Without doubt we would recommend Lancashire Roofers as a company who are reliable, communicative and fairly priced.

Came on time, had a look at the problem and advised on course of action. George did a temporary repair and his staff started the replacement flat roof on the Tuesday. After doing another task they finished on Friday. Happy with the outcome.

We had a Velux roof window that was stuck and refused to open. George patiently worked through all the possibilities and with a minimum of fuss got everything working again.

He spent time to make sure the window was operating as good as new. And he even found the time to service the other Velux.

I cannot recommend Lancashire Roofing highly enough. If you’ve got a Velux or need any roofing repairs then this is definitely the team to call.

I recently had my roof replaced by Lancashire Roofing & Building LTD. And i would highly recommend this company to anyone. The level of professionalism and knowledge shown throughout from survey to installation and completion is second to none. George and his highly skilled team were an absolute pleasure to have around they all are very pleasant people and I had my whole roof replaced and they worked tirelessly with total respect for me and my property throughout whilst maintaining total professionalism and keeping me informed throughout. I had a leaky skylight, and George, and friend, did a great job, they have resealed, around my skylight, the felt wasn’t quite big enough that was already on , so that was a botch up job, and now I trust that it’s ok, I believe they did there best, otherwise, it could of cost me . A lot more, fingers crossed

George and his team were excellent. We had a leak that our original company would not come back to repair. George couldn’t have been more helpful. He carried out a full survey to establish the problem, explained what he would do to rectify and how he would follow up if the problem persisted. When carrying out the work the team were prompt, polite and hard working. I asked for additional things to be addressed and this was done willingly. I would have no reservation in recommending George and his team, they have restored my faith as roofers/ roofing companies often get a bad press.

George, Charlie & Jack once again rode to our rescue. Flat roof leaking badly due to botched job done by previous house owner. Fixed professionally. Also when an electrical cable was hit – which affected all our upstairs lighting, George arranged for an electrician to fix the problem at his own expense. We trust him and his team so much, I am asking him to perform a further small task on another area of our roof. It is gratifying to learn that there are people around with integrity. These lads started work at 7.30 am till 5pm worked extremely hard,they worked fitting me a complete new roof,taking pics to so they could show me their progress attention to detail was good and I was really happy with the finished item,George didn’t take payment till I was happy with the finished roof and a final check of everything ,to sum up very polite team very tidy and I would,and have recommended to friends and family and anyone else needing roof work,and I have no roofing worries as it is now guaranteed for 25 years

Contacted George after reading the fantastic reviews online. Arranged a speedy appointment and arrived as agreed. George carried out a full roof survey and discussed the findings and offered advice. George provided a quote for a re-roof, new soffits, fascias and guttering. Agreed a start date and Jack, George and Charlie arrived at 7.30am to begin the works. Each day they all arrived at 7.30am and worked through till late afternoon, only stopping for 10min tea breaks, no sloping off for these guys they worked so hard each and every day. Cleaned up at the end of each day and left the property perfect. Jack, George and Charlie deserve the highest praise for their professionalism and skill. This company offered a outstanding service when I had previously been let down by other contractors. George was helpful, polite and respectful in his communication. He kept me informed at each stage of the job. The team were reliable and helpful when any problems occurred. They were neat and tidy too and finished within the quoted timescale.

Just had my porch roof replaced. I was out when George arrived but George and his team just got on with the job. When I arrived home they had nearly finished. What a great job, it looks fantastic! Really pleased. They were incredibly quick and took every bit of rubbish away and cleaned up. They even cleaned all my gutters!
