I contacted Lancashire Roofing during the xmas period as we had a leak on our extension, to my astonishment the owner came to visit the site on New Years Day ! He identified the problem quickly and said it would be repaired within the week and it was.
The workmen arrived on time and completed the work within 3 hours they were professional, courteous and cleared any debris away.

It had been a horrendous day and night of torrential rain. We had 5 buckets catching the rain leaking in from the skylight roof on our dining room bay window.
It was a nightmare.
 Because of the pandemic, we expected delays in getting a repair.

 George and his workmate, efficiently and professionally, fixed new flashing above the bay and repaired the leak.

Had a slate hanging off my roof for months, could never get anyone to come and sort it, this man saw the slate and knocked on my door and offered to remove it for free to save anyone from getting hurt! 
Such a nice gesture which didn’t need to be done but he still went out of his way
